Rules for Using BAAM Boys
These terms govern access to baamboys.com and use of its articles, illustrations, tools, links and communication channels. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Scope and eligibility
BAAM Boys is an independent editorial publication about Black fashion, hip-hop style, sneakers and men's cultural history. The site is offered for general information, education and inspiration. These terms apply to visitors, readers, contributors, correspondents and anyone who downloads, shares or otherwise uses site material.
You may use the site only in compliance with applicable law and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or another person's rights. If local law does not permit you to enter this agreement, you may not use features that require such an agreement. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's use where required.
Separate written terms may govern a future newsletter, membership, contest, paid service, store or contributor agreement. If a specific service presents additional terms, those terms control that service to the extent of a direct conflict.

Restrictions
Uses that require permission or are prohibited
Unless applicable law clearly allows it, you may not reproduce complete articles, mirror substantial portions of the site, sell or license our editorial material, remove rights information, or use BAAM Boys branding to imply affiliation. Republishing a complete article with a source link is still republication and requires written permission.
You may not use the site to deliver malware, probe security without authorization, overwhelm infrastructure, circumvent access controls, harvest personal information, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or interfere with other visitors. Automated access must respect published crawler controls and reasonable rate limits. Permission for search indexing does not grant a license to create a competing content archive.

BAAM Boys owns or licenses the site's original text, design, branding and illustrations unless a credit states otherwise. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved. Individual source materials, trademarks and referenced works remain the property of their respective owners.
An image credit or external link does not transfer third-party rights to you. If you believe material on the site infringes a right you hold, send the exact URL, identification of the work, your relationship to it, contact information and a good-faith explanation. We will review sufficiently detailed notices and may request verification.
Do not submit content you lack authority to share. If you voluntarily send a correction, suggestion or nonconfidential feedback, you allow BAAM Boys to review, quote internally and use it to improve the publication without payment. A separate written contributor agreement is required before we publish commissioned or submitted creative work.
